  • It depends on the scope. Our Soundcheck package delivers insights in as little as four weeks, while Tune In is a more comprehensive three-month project. Amplify varies depending on the brand partnership and scope.

  • We’re festival people ourselves. We understand the challenges of running events and the realities of stretched budgets. Our research is designed to be practical, actionable, and always rooted in the live events world.

  • You’ll get clear, focused deliverables: curated quotes, lean reports, and interactive workshops - our insights don’t just sit in a PDF. We help you translate findings into real next steps.

  • Festivals are our sweet spot, but we also work with live events, cultural organisations, and brand activations within the event space. If your audience gathers in a field, venue, or arena, we’re interested.

  • We work on a case by case basis, depending on the scope. We prefer to have an initial discussion where we’re able to share some costing scales, and then we’ll go away and put together a comprehensive plan for what you can get with that investment.   • Festivals are our background - from grassroots gatherings to large-scale productions. We make a point of adapting to the culture of each event, while keeping inclusivity front and centre so every voice is heard.

  • We use a mix of methods depending on the project. Sometimes that’s working with your mailing list or socials; other times, we’ll tap into external panels or conduct on-site interviews. Our priority is to get a representative mix - loyal regulars, curious first-timers, and everyone in between. And rest assured, participation is always voluntary, confidential, and GDPR-compliant.

  • Currently we don’t charge VAT as we’re under the VAT threshold. If that changes, we’ll always make it clear in our pricing.
