While working inside a fast-moving festival team, we wanted to bring audience insight into our planning — not assumptions, not gut feel, but real feedback.

We wanted to know: Which artists actually move tickets? Why do first-timers hesitate? What messages turn fence-sitters into ticket-buyers?

But the research agencies we spoke to didn’t quite get it. Their approaches felt standardised, expensive, and out of touch with what live events really are; not products, but experiences, rooted in joy, connection, and escape.

So, we built the service we were looking for.

Meet the Team

Our experience combines both events marketing and market research - giving you the best of both worlds.

  • After more than six years in festival marketing - including my time as Head of Marketing at We Out Here Festival - I’ve seen first-hand the passion, creativity, and dedication it takes to create standout event experiences. Working alongside so many amazing people inspired me to build a research agency that understands events from the inside out. In 2023, I completed Mark Ritson’s Mini MBA in Marketing with distinction, deepening my love for data-led strategy and giving me the tools to shape what Tune In offers today.

  • Our key consultant, Ben, has over 12 years of market research experience with major household names, across the UK and Australia. He lends his expertise to project development, data analysis, and the formulation of strategic recommendations.
