After years working in festival marketing, we realised something perhaps quite obvious: the research world wasn’t built for events like ours. Most reports were too generic, too expensive, or just missed the magic. Events aren’t products - they’re experiences, full of fun, connection, and escape. We wanted to understand our audience on a deeper level - what drives them, excites them, and sometimes holds them back.

Meet the Team

Our experience combines both festival marketing and market research - giving you the best of both worlds.

  • After more than six years in festival marketing - including my time as Head of Marketing at We Out Here Festival - I’ve seen first-hand the passion, creativity, and sheer dedication it takes to create life-changing experiences. Working alongside so many amazing people inspired me to build a research agency that understands events from the inside out. In 2023, I completed Mark Ritson’s Mini MBA in Marketing with distinction, deepening my love for data-led strategy and giving me the tools to shape what Tune In offers today.

  • Our key consultant, Ben, has over 12 years of market research experience with major household names, across the UK and Australia. He lends his expertise to project development, data analysis, and the formulation of strategic recommendations.
